DRILLING SINCE THE 1970s
Originally founded as Dominion Caisson by Mr. Dayton L. Windham and his son Richard, the company and Windham family have faithfully served the Mid-Atlantic region since 1974. In less than two decades, Dayton and Richard, lead Dominion Caisson to be one of the leading Drilling Shaft Foundation Companies in the Mid-Atlantic.
On August 1, 2010, Dominion Caisson was acquired by Structural Concrete Products, LLC (SCP Drilling), securing all of Dominion’s key personnel, including President Richard Windham, now with over 40 years of industry experience.
Today SCP and the Windham family continue to lead an industry-wide legacy of delivering quality work, emphasizing job safety, and over-delivering on some of the most challenging projects in the region.
